Rolf Schock left a large fortune at his death in 1986. He wrote in his will that half of his estate would be used to fund four prizes in logic and philosophy, mathematics, the visual arts, and the musical arts. The Rolf Schock Prizes are international prizes and are currently awarded every second year. The prize amount for 2026 is 600 Swedish kronor per prize, a total of 000 million Swedish kronor.
