How is the application made?
The application is submitted via a web-based application system where a personal account is created. When the application round has opened, application information and attachments can be submitted in electronic form.
Follow the instructions in the form carefully and only upload what is specifically requested.
Digital applications can be submitted until 14:00 on the last day of application.

DECISION ON DIVIDEND
Decisions will be announced in mid-December.
Refusals are not notified.

The Royal Academy’s grants for artists
The Art Academy's Artist Scholarships are awarded from funds and foundations that are intended for already established artists (not in training).
The scholarships are divided into the categories, residence scholarships, travel scholarships and other scholarships.
Residence scholarships
Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris
Studio residencies at Cité will be announced in spring 2026.
Grez-Sur-Loing, France
The Art Academy offers a period of two months in the studio.
A travel stipend is included for the period.
